What is an I.O.U.?
It’s a promise. A plan. It’s a commitment that we’ll once again do the very things that are best measured by something more than dollars, numbers or minutes: birthday parties, games of catch, adventures with friends, beach walks, high-fives and hugs.These things haven’t been lost, missed or forgotten. They’ve accumulated. They’ve accrued interest. They are waiting for us, bigger and more anticipated than ever before.
For now, let’s find joy in making plans, knowing all the good that’s around the corner. And when we can finally ‘settle up’ and share in these moments together – just think of how incredible that will be.
