Accessing your accounts

To ensure you can access your account information and make payments at any time, the following options continue to be available to you:

  • Member Direct Online Banking
  • CUA Mobile Banking App
  • CUA Telephone banking
  • ATM Network
  • Branch Locations

Impact on credit card program

CUA has been working with our credit card issuer to ensure minimal disruption, however new cards, replacement cards, statements and letters sent by mail may experience delays.  Please note:

  • Cardholders are expected to continue to make payments by the due date during any postal disruption.  Payments can be made online or in person at a branch location. 
  • Balances, payment amounts (including minimum payment amounts), due dates are available by phoning 1-855-341-4643 or through MyCardInfo.
  • To enroll for MyCardInfo, visit and select CUA.  From there, follow the instructions to register.  At that time, you can also choose electronic statements.
