CUA’s Account Protector maximizes your purchasing power while providing overdraft protection to your chequing account. It ensures access to funds when needed – without waiting or arranging for a personal loan. The Account Protector is great for personal emergencies that may not be able to make it to payday (such as a vehicle repair, or other unpredictable circumstance).
Features:
- Funds are accessible through a chequing account and are included in the member’s available balance.
- Chequing accounts will be overdrawn (subject to limit approval) until funds are replenished.
- Pay interest only on amount borrowed for the number of days used (minimum $5.00 interest charge).
- Members must qualify through a credit application and credit check.
- Life & disability insurance available
- The maximum credit limit under the New Canadian Account Protector Program is $500.
Vehicle Financing
Get the financing you need for the important purchase of a car, with flexible rates and terms to suit your unique needs.
Features include:
- Competitive rate of interest.
- Fixed or variable rates.
- Amortizations between 36 and 96 months depending on the model year of the vehicle financed.
