Lost or Stolen Cards
- If you are looking to report a lost or stolen Membercard debit card, please call our Customer Contact Centre at 902-492-6500 during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm. Outside of these hours, please contact our card services provider directly at 1-888-277-1043.
- If you are looking to report a lost or stolen Collabria Mastercard or Collabria Visa within Canada or the U.S., please contact our card services provider directly at 1-855-341-4643. If you are calling internationally, please contact 1-647-252-9564.
