Do you receive printed bank statements? Due to a technological issue with Canada Post, June bank statements cannot be printed and mailed at this time. This issue is impacting most financial institutions across Canada.

You can access your statement in the following ways:

  • If you use online banking, you can download a PDF copy of your statement, which can then be printed. Within online banking, hover over "Accounts" in the menu bar, and then select "View eStatements". Click on "2025" to see all of your statements from the year, and then click on "June 30, 2025". This will automatically download the statement to your computer. 
  • Visit any of our branch locations and a CUA staff member will be pleased to print a copy of your statement for you.
  • Reach out to our Customer Contact Centre at 902.492.6500 or info@cua.com and a CUA staff member can provide you a statement copy by email, mail or for pickup at any branch location.
